This position is responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment , talent management initiatives , and compensation & benefits programs , while ensuring compliance with the Employment Act. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment and build a strong talent pipeline. Lead performance management processes, including appraisals, succession planning, and dispute resolution. Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness and competitiveness. Provide guidance on HR policies and maintain HR compliance and documentation. Requirements: 4-6 years of HR experience in recruitment, performance management, and compensation & benefits. Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive matters with discretion. Preferred: Experience in both recruitment agency and in-house HR. Exposure to HRIS / ATS systems and HR analytics. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, HRCI).
