We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our Human Capital team. This role will support a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, payroll, and compliance . You will play a key role in driving HR initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture. What should you have Drive innovative recruitment platforms Ability to execute and plan companywide training initiatives Has good experience and knowledge in HR operations Drive Employee Engagement programs that enable team engagement Ability to support overall HR operations including end-to-end Business operations within the department Good analytical skills in HR reporting analysis Supports the HR Systems and Operations teams in the implementation of HR system related projects both planned and ad-hoc, as requested Develops and maintains standard user documentation, such as SOP's, and internal knowledge base articles pertaining to HRIS and HR processes and procedures Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting Proven ability to work independently as a team member Possess high level of confidentiality and professionalism Able to work with all levels of people and a team player who can support others within the team Able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision & under pressure What do you need to qualify Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2 - 3 years of HR experience in generalist or specialist roles. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
