In your new role you will:
- Yield improvement , Quality improvement.
- Lead a team of technician and provide training to them.
- JHAM update and execution PFMEA update.
- Machine set up and new machine buy off.
- Green line sustaining , Radar stop rule.
- Maintenance cost improvement.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- Understand Mechanical drawing and functional of tool and die for Trim and Form.
- Understand TPM concept.
- Troubleshooting skill.
- Able to use Microsoft office and do presentation.
- Able to communication both English & Bahasa.
