The Plant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage production, and ensure optimal efficiency in an industrial/manufacturing setting. As the company is expanding, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring the success of the company.
  • Manage all plant operations, ensuring production goals are met efficiently and safely.
  • Oversee inventory, supply chain, and resource allocation to optimize productivity.
  • Implement and maintain quality control standards to meet industry and client expectations.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Lead and mentor teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align plant operations with overall company goals.
Growing and Expanding organisationChallenges that comes with rewarding benefit· Experience working in the contract manufacturing industry· Process development / Engineering experience preferred· Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing Processes / Toyota Production System Methodologies (5s, Gemba walks, Six Sigma, reduction of waste (Muda, Muri, Mura), Kanban, SMED)· Supervisor/Management Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required· Experienced with metal (stainless steel, titanium, aluminum) and plastics machining preferred· Knowledgeable of CNC machine tools is preferred by not required· Education: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering (preferred). Equivalent work experience will be considered.· Five or more years of progressively complex technical experience involving the latest state-of-the-art applications and techniques in production and project management experience. Three or more years of supervisory experience (Preferred).This company is one of the largest PCBA tooling manufacturers, provide high-quality engineering solutions, including product design, process development, and quality assurance across various industries. This company is currently undergoing a factory expansion, and is looking for a Plant Manager to oversee the day to day operations in the current plant
