- Proficient in Mandarin (reading & writing) with basic English communication skills
- Strong typing, written communication, and comprehension abilities
- Good multitasking and time management skills
- Comfortable working on rotational shifts, including weekends & public holidays
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally through email and chat
- Deliver accurate details on products, services, and company policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Record and update all customer interactions in the system accurately
- Maintain a positive, supportive, and customer-focused approach at all times
- Follow shift schedules and consistently achieve performance goals
