Responsibilities As CEO or COO, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and ensuring smooth operational execution across all business units-primarily bakery and food service operations. This role requires a deep understanding of the F&B industry, particularly in bakery operations, and a track record of scaling businesses profitably. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term strategies aligned with company goals and market trends. Operational Excellence: Oversee end-to-end operations, including production, supply chain, retail, and foodservice. Brand Development: Strengthen brand equity and lead innovation in product and concept development. Financial Performance: Drive profitability and efficiency through cost control, productivity improvement, and margin optimization. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Business Expansion: Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and M&A. Qualifications Proven experience as CEO, COO, or senior leadership in the F&B or bakery industry in Malaysia. Must have strong connections with Landlords.
