Responsibilities As CEO or COO, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and ensuring smooth operational execution across all business units-primarily bakery and food service operations. This role requires a deep understanding of the F&B industry, particularly in bakery operations, and a track record of scaling businesses profitably. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term strategies aligned with company goals and market trends. Operational Excellence: Oversee end-to-end operations, including production, supply chain, retail, and foodservice. Brand Development: Strengthen brand equity and lead innovation in product and concept development. Financial Performance: Drive profitability and efficiency through cost control, productivity improvement, and margin optimization. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Business Expansion: Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and M&A. Qualifications Proven experience as CEO, COO, or senior leadership in the F&B or bakery industry in Malaysia. Must have strong connections with Landlords. Deep knowledge of bakery production, foodservice operations, and consumer food trends. Lead boldly and expand rapidly. Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
