Job Description :
  • Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key clients, consultants, government agencies, and industry stakeholders.
  • Proactively seek out new projects and business opportunities through both formal and informal networking.
  • Act as the primary liaison for strategic clients, maintaining clear communication and fostering long-term relationship growth.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, stakeholder engagements, and networking events to boost the company’s presence and visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (estimating, technical, legal) to gain client-focused proposals and bids.
  • Drive client engagement strategy from the initial opportunity identification to the successful awarding of the project.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and proactively manage expectations to strengthen retention and encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain an organized database of client relationships and update reports on networking activities.
  • Assist in executing marketing initiatives, including client events, seminars, and outreach activities.
Requirements
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant discipline.
  • Over 6 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, or stakeholder engagement within the infrastructure or construction industry.
  • Well-established network with key stakeholders in the infrastructure sector, including transportation, utilities, and urban development.
  • Proven ability in initiating high-level connections and building trust with senior leaders in both public and private sector organizations.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication abilities.
  • Possess a strategic mindset with keen insight into business operations and market dynamics.
  • Confident in engaging with C-suite executives, procurement professionals, and key project stakeholders.
  • ​Excellent organizational skills with proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
