Job Responsibility Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Perform sales duties, such as prospecting, presentation, follow through, account management and after sales services. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Regularly assess client needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned accounts. Understand and compile customer's feedback and requirements Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Job Requirements Be proficient in written & spoken English Minimum qualifications in Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar sales role. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
