Senior Operations Executive

• To perform daily operational functions such as subscription, redemption, switching and transfer for all the investment products offered by iFAST.
• To perform unit allocation to clients.
• To handle order submission to related parties.
• To handle bond Free of Payment (FOP) instruction with custodian
• To handle corporate action for various products and markets.
• Commissions payout and fees-related execution.
• Assist the manager on general administration and support for the operations department.
• Participate in various project and user acceptance testing (UAT) related to the system enhancement to improve operational workflow.

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy / Banking & Finance / Business / Economics.
• Preferably executives specializing in banking and financial services experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Responsive, professional and proactive communication
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
• High level of attention to detail, hardworking and strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work independently, reliable and always take initiative.
