The role is responsible for managing operational aspects of the reinsurance arrangement, including treaty and facultative reinsurance agreement, receivables, data and reporting management, regulatory compliance, and internal controls. This role ensures seamless execution of reinsurance arrangements in alignment with the company's risk management strategy and financial objectives. The incumbent will collaborate closely with Finance, Underwriting, Operations, Legal, Business Intelligence Team and external Insurance partners and Brokers to manage operational workflows drive continuous improvement across systems and processes. JOB RESPONSIBILITY: Perform day to day Reinsurance account receivable maintenance and Reinsurance agreement process across countries and insurance partners assigned. Investigate and perform internal account reconciliation in an efficient, accurate and timely manner to escalate to Finance team. Assist in managing queries from Insurance Partner/Business Partners regarding reinsurance related matter. Prepare reports to provide a high level of support to all internal stakeholders relating to account receivables. Prepare monthly and quarterly declaration to Broker, Insurance Partner and Business Partners To issue reminder letters according to the policy and procedure on overdue premiums. Liaising with Head of Department, Business Partners and Insurance Partners regarding payment plans and other collection strategies and negotiations. Ensure reinsurance procedures and applicable guidelines are fully complied with. Ensure the reinsurance agreements are signed, saved and kept properly. Ensure the risk entry is maintained and reinsurance procedures and guidelines are fully complied. Key person in updating internal stakeholder on the new or changes in Reinsurance arrangement. Check renewal of reinsurance agreements regularly. Prepare the required report / information as and when it is requested by Management Preparing and finalizing reinsurance agreements with Manager. Assist Manager in maintaining and building effective relationships with existing and new business partners. Effectively represent self and team in external and internal activities and committees. Any other tasks assigned from time to time JOB REQUIREMENT: Hands-on experience with reinsurance administration, accounting, receivables, and reporting Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience. Preferably Senior Executive specializing in Finance / Banking / Insurance or equivalent.
