Description The IT Operation Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing IT operations within the SEA region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services and support to meet business needs. Responsibilities Lead and oversee IT operations in the SEA region to ensure optimal performance and reliability of IT services. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor IT systems and infrastructure to identify and resolve issues proactively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT services with business processes. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and products. Provide leadership and support to the IT operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Skills and Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in IT operations management or a related field. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and network management. Proficiency in IT service management frameworks such as ITIL. Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
