- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of procurement or supply chain experience (F&B/retail industry an advantage).
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage - for communication with China suppliers.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduates with strong language and negotiation skills are encouraged to apply.
- Assist in daily procurement activities including sourcing, issuing purchase orders, and follow-ups with suppliers.
- Communicate and coordinate with local and overseas suppliers, especially from China.
- Compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the operations team to forecast demand.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to outlets and central kitchen.
- Maintain proper records of purchases, supplier contracts, and price lists.
- Assist in supplier evaluation and build strong relationships with key vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and food safety requirements.
- Support the Procurement Manager in reporting and administrative tasks.
