Procurement Assistant

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of procurement or supply chain experience (F&B/retail industry an advantage).
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage - for communication with China suppliers.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates with strong language and negotiation skills are encouraged to apply.

• Assist in daily procurement activities including sourcing, issuing purchase orders, and follow-ups with suppliers.
• Communicate and coordinate with local and overseas suppliers, especially from China.
• Compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with the operations team to forecast demand.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to outlets and central kitchen.
• Maintain proper records of purchases, supplier contracts, and price lists.
• Assist in supplier evaluation and build strong relationships with key vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and food safety requirements.
• Support the Procurement Manager in reporting and administrative tasks.
