About the job Sales Engineer (Lift/Elevator)Job Responsibilities:- Conduct analysis on market trends/needs.- Gather information on competitor pricing/product quality.- Prepare price estimation.- Established new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.- Provide product, service to future customer quotation or prospects.- Product presentation to consultants, architects and clients.- Develop and maintain rapport on current approach/ strategy.- Attend tender interview, proposal and price review.- Liaise with M&E consultants, architects and clients.- Assist consultants on car design, dimensions and car construction.- Maintain accurate reports and records including activity, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals and customer sales activity.Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing / Diploma in Engineering.- May consider for candidate with or without Engineering background."We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.- 3-5 years of working experience in Lift industry is much preferred.- Must be willing to travel outstation.- Able to work independently.
