- Diploma or equivalent in accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Accounts Clerk or similar role would be an advantage
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficiency in Auto Count is preferred
- Strong attention to details and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting systems
- Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, claims and payments.
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure alignment with general ledger
- Assist in the preparation of internal reports and summaries
- Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations
- Support audits by providing relevant financial documentation
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
- Check, organise, and distribute finance related documents (invoices, receipts, statements)
- Assist with administrative tasks within the department as required
