Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic computer literacy and PC skills
Data entry capabilities with attention to detail
Language Requirements:
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience:
Fresh graduates are welcome
1-2 years of relevant administrative experience preferred but not mandatory
Customer service experience is advantageous

Strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
Good interpersonal and communication abilities
Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards
