What You Will Expect: Oversee Agency Related Expenses (ARE) to ensure effective budget allocation and adherence to financial plans. Enhance and manage reporting and analytical processes to improve ARE efficiency and decision-making. Lead agency office projects including expansion, optimization, relocation, and major renovations. Administer and maintain key policy documents such as the Agency Contest Rules & Regulations, Agency Compensation Handbook, and other business-supporting publications. Supervise the accurate and timely fulfillment of both monetary (e.g., payment advice) and non-monetary components of agency contests. What You Will Do: Agency Related Expenses (ARE) Management: Budget Planning: Collaborate with Finance, Management, and senior stakeholders to develop and align ARE budgets with strategic objectives. Provide analytical insights to support high-level decision-making. Reporting & Monitoring: Monitor expenditure to ensure alignment with financial and sales targets. Conduct risk assessments and cost-benefit analyses, and deliver timely, accurate reports to Management. Regularly validate forecasts and support budget reallocation to optimize business outcomes. Cross-Charging: Develop and implement cross-charging mechanisms for ARE-related costs across APTB and other business units. Liaise with stakeholders to resolve cross-charging issues effectively. Ad-Hoc & Regulatory Support: Respond to queries from auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance and transparency in ARE-related matters. Agency Policy Management: Contest Administration & Fulfillment: Contribute to agency contest design and business case development. Ensure timely and clear communication of contest rules and regulations. Oversee accurate and prompt execution of contest payments and non-monetary rewards, and address post-contest inquiries. Process Optimization & SOP Development: Review and enhance agency processes and SOPs to safeguard AIA's interests while considering agency force dynamics. Drive operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives. Data Analytics: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify business gaps and opportunities. Present findings to stakeholders and support the development of strategic initiatives to drive business growth. What You Will Need: Education & Experience: Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years' experience in the financial or insurance industry, with exposure to finance and expense management, campaign design, or business analysis preferred. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights. Proficient in data analysis using both quantitative and qualitative methods to support business decisions. Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to reporting, forecasting, and documentation. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and agency force. Ability to present findings clearly and support decision-making through well-structured reports and recommendations. Problem Solving & Initiative: Resourceful and proactive in identifying operational gaps and proposing creative, practical solutions. Capable of initiating process improvements and enhancing SOPs to drive operational efficiency. Other Attributes: High level of integrity and professionalism.
