- Supervise lab personnel, handling training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Oversee lab tests to meet company and regulatory norms.
- Create and enforce quality control systems to enhance test accuracy.
- Review and share test findings with relevant departments and management.
- Maintain and calibrate lab equipment for precision.
- Manage lab supplies inventory and replenishment.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations for a clean lab environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain product quality.
- Enhance lab operations for greater efficiency.
- 3 - 5 years of expertise in analyzing tests such as microbiological, GCMS, SFC, viscosity, and more.
- Previous involvement in overseeing analytical laboratories within a manufacturing setting.
