Our client manufacturers their own house brands as well as support OEM Manufacturing. About The Job This is a newly created position as part of the organisation's succession planning. This role will be reporting to the General Manager. Job Description You will be responsible for leading the Sales/Marketing and also the logistics team to achieve sales topline budget for domestic, OEM and export markets Achieve brand sales and market share goals Achieve channel development goals as well as penetrate new domestic accounts and exports markets. Prepare annual business plan, and budget Lead manpower training and development initiatives to build core competencies and upgrade skill sets within the team Job Requirements Minimum Degree holder from a reputable University Minimum 5 years' experience in Senior Management level preferably in the field of sales, marketing Experience in logistics operations is an added advantage but not a must have Knowledge of FMCG business preferably in Food and Beverage At least 10 years in General Trade, Modern Trade and Channel Marketing Able to be based in Johor If you are currently looking for a senior management opportunity, click on apply to submit your application.
