  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Admin / Management / related field.
  • At least 2 year experience as PA / Admin / Secretary is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Attention to details, Responsible, trustworthy, and able to multitask.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in Cyberjaya.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the owner in daily personal and business tasks.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, calls, and reminders.
  • Support café operations when needed (e.g. coordination with staff, suppliers).
  • Handle travel arrangements, reservations, and errands.
  • Prepare simple reports, documents, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
