- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Admin / Management / related field.
- At least 2 year experience as PA / Admin / Secretary is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Attention to details, Responsible, trustworthy, and able to multitask.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Cyberjaya.
- Willing to travel and able to work odd hour.
- Work closely with café owner on daily operations & personal tasks
- Support in administrative, scheduling, and coordination matters
- Friendly and positive working environment
- Assist the owner in daily personal and business tasks.
- Manage schedules, meetings, calls, and reminders.
- Support café operations when needed (e.g. coordination with staff, suppliers).
- Handle travel arrangements, reservations, and errands.
- Prepare simple reports, documents, and follow-ups.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
