The incumbent will be involved in maintaining and servicing medical equipment to ensure proper functioning and well maintenance throughout the designated area of coverage. They play a critical role in ensuring reliability and safety of the medical equipment used in renal care treatments. This role offers opportunities for professional growth, imperatively work in improving patient care and a supportive team environment.

Responsible for the upkeep and provision of technical service for relevant equipment.
Provide technical assistance to on-call standby clinical resource nurses for the medical equipment.
Assist customer service in clarifying technical aspects of customer orders and requirements.
Ensure all equipment is maintained to minimise downtime and that all services are conducted promptly.
Manage stocks of spare parts, including in-hand, returned, and faulty stock.
Educate internal and external staff on the operation of medical devices.
Perform periodic preventive maintenance according to scheduled dates.
Area of coverage: Melaka, Negeri Sembilan and Northern Johor.

Study background: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or equivalent in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in medical device service engineering or fresh graduates with good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to work extended and irregular hours.
Must have own transportation and be ready to travel outstation on short notice.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required.
