- Debug, contain and feedback products (Machine, test board, socket, etc.) and services weakness for continuous improvement
- Provide operational and maintenance training to customer to enable our customer to use our product and services effectively and efficiently
- Support customer operational need with regards to our product and services
- Upkeep products and services quality image to our customer
- Highlight to sales and marketing any business opportunity observed and seize the opportunity to turn it into PO working with sales and marketing
- Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / SKM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
- Prefer candidate with 1-2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry.
- Good communications skills and a proactive team player
- Proficiency in Chinese written and verbal.
