- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
- Good command of Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in property or shopping mall operations is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Provide administrative support for the mall operations team, including documentation, filing, and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain operation-related documents such as service agreements, permits, and invoices.
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, and service providers for operational matters.
- Handle inquiries and provide timely updates to tenants regarding mall operations and policies.
- Assist in monitoring facility maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Support the Operations Manager in coordinating events, promotions, and operational activities.
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia when dealing with tenants and vendors.
