- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Language(s): Mandarin, English, Malay
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
- Knowledge of e-invoicing is a plus
- Oversee general office operations, including front desk
- Assisting with general office tasks, maintaining equipment, and greeting visitors.
- Basic clerk duties such as handling fillings and Office administration.
- Able to do general accounting including invoicing, issuing receipts, and stock receivables
- Lodging documents with the relevant authorities
- Official Receipt, Credit Note, and Payment Voucher.
- Prepare monthly invoice, report & handle DO & Quotation
- Tasks include Utility bills, Renewal of company permits/licenses/insurance, Renew Car road tax/insurance & Petty Cash.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by the superior
