DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAdministration· Assist in all administrative matters for related agents on New Business, Policy Owner Services, Contest Updates, Production Tracking, Claims.· Maintain & keep good record of Director’s agenda, training, and appointments updates· Assist in slides preparation, attend meetings, and keep minutes· Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)· Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders· Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.· Involves in all Company’s event & perform necessary tasks to contribute to its overall successHR Assistant· Assist in recruitment-related activities such as filtering, arranging, and conducting interviews virtually and in-person interviews· Prepare all related documents needed for interview uses· Posting content and managing the Company’s social media accounts and job hiring platforms· Attending training and development sessions, only if required by the Company· Assist in onboarding training process for new staffsRequirements:
Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role with minimum 1 year experience.
Excel in MS Office
Good understanding of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry.
Experience with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Integrity and confidentiality.
Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in business administration or relative field
