What you will do:
  • To assist in providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
  • To assist in Managing sales tracking tools and report on important information.
  • To stay up to date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board.
  • To liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies.
  • To assist in developing and monitoring performance indicators.
  • To compile and check company/business registration/relevant documents.
  • To record/update internal systems for any financing application.
  • To prepare financing agreements and relevant finance document.
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel are preferred).
  • Comfortable with digital communication tools.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • A team player with a collaborative approach.
  • Resilience and perseverance in handling rejections or challenges.
This internship comes with a monthly allowance of RM1,000.Benefits
