- To assist in providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
- To assist in Managing sales tracking tools and report on important information.
- To stay up to date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board.
- To liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies.
- To assist in developing and monitoring performance indicators.
- To compile and check company/business registration/relevant documents.
- To record/update internal systems for any financing application.
- To prepare financing agreements and relevant finance document.
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel are preferred).
- Comfortable with digital communication tools.
