We are offering internship opportunities within our Talent team, ideal for students who are passionate about creating great employee experiences and learning how HR works behind the scenes. You'll be placed in one of three specialized tracks based on your interests and strengths: Responsibilities Total Rewards & Talent Operations: Participate in onboarding sessions and assist with offboarding tasks, including resignation documentation and leave balance calculations; Learn and document the full employee lifecycle from hiring to retirement; Support payroll processes such as invoice handling, freelance salary coordination, and year-end tax form preparation; Manage employee insurance enrolments across multiple countries and assist with claims and cash advance processing; Prepare employment verification letters and support vendor registration in internal systems; Assist in preparing and issuing employee confirmation letters and tracking non-confirmations; Contribute to process improvement initiatives by organizing workflows and supporting data collection for onboarding and performance reviews Talent Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the learning management process and system, including enrolment management, user support, troubleshooting of technical issues and timely reporting of user effectiveness/learning effectiveness; Collaborate with Talent Business Partners to source, plan and coordinate functional/technical training programs, workshops etc; Ensure that resources, trainers, and materials are arranged in a timely and efficient manner; Ensure all HRDC claims are completed on a timely basis in compliance to regulation; As and when assigned, to support with any other operational matters within the scope of Talent & Learning Management; Help with HR-related projects such as mergers, acquisitions, and international expansion. Talent Business Partner: Support reporting on new hires and resignations for internal dashboards; Clean and update employee data to reflect organizational changes and restructuring; Support Talent Business Partners in tracking employee milestones and contract timelines; Assist with workforce data collection, reporting, and maintaining HR dashboards; Help organize employee engagement initiatives and gather feedback; Contribute to international HR operations and organizational change projects; Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee data across teams and regions; Prepare documentation for internal mobility, including transfers and secondments; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support hiring, onboarding, and restructuring efforts. Requirements Bachelor&aposs Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point; Strong communication and organizational skills; Interest in people operations and workplace culture; Comfortable working with data and digital tools; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment; Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
