JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong business relationships with hypermarkets, large retail outlets, and key stakeholders. Lead and coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to ensure timely and efficient product delivery. Work closely with internal departments to align sales, inventory, and operations planning. Analyze market trends, sales performance, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. Optimize inventory management and supply chain efficiency. Generate performance reports and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making. JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Aged between 30 to 45 years old. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. Strong background in FMCG sales and logistics management. Established network and working relationships with hypermarkets and retail chains in Malaysia. Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written). Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, including both sales and supply chain functions
