Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities.
Define project scope with key stakeholders and effectively manage milestones and dependencies.
Support the management of financial, contractual, and operational commitments.
Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting.
Mitigate project and scope risks.
Manage all change requests, validate all budget/schedule impacts, obtain the stakeholder's commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams.
Ability to facilitate effective workshops.
Sound business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities.
Ensure all project documentations are in place and up-to-date.

Bachelor's Degree
Has experience/exposure with SAP S/4 HANA
Minimum 10 years' experience in IT project implementation with at least 5 years end to end full life cycle of SAP ERP Modules implementations including SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
Minimum 5 years' experience in managerial role, leading team to deliver complex & large-scale SAP project implementation.
Certified in SAP project management methodology e.g., SAP Activate, Prince 2, PMP
