No matter your level of Senior Project Manager proficiency, you can always grow within our diverse environment.#DHL #DHLITServices #GreatPlace #SeniorProjectManager #SCRUM #ChatbotGrow together· Understand and document business requirements in pre-sales mode by working directly with our business colleagues· Scope, estimate and deliver complete project bids for the delivery of VA solutions to our business units· Successfully deliver a programme of VA projects across several business functions and units· Maintain effective stakeholder and relationship management with key business decision makers· Identifies where IT services & applications can add measurable business benefits (e.g. time to market, quality, total cost of ownership), and propose ways to deliver optimization· Consult on customer projects and work packages that meet business requirements· Works with other areas of IT Services, business, project management functions and external customers as well as implementation partners· Interacts within project and business development teams to promote and assess opportunities for further business· Consults on project delivery in accordance with the pre-determined scope, time, budget and quality through precise planning and organization, and effective management, coordination and monitoring of all project resources and activities· Deals with an environment of fast turn-around projects, dealing with requests for changes to scope and design of solution· Consults with technical resources outside the team, in order to deliver critical customer projects on timeReady to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:· Previous in-depth experience of implementing virtual assistants and related chatbot technology· Technical understanding of the technology behind chatbots, GDF and their integration with back-end source applications such as event tracking and CRM systems· Strong and varied consulting experience across a range of different business units· Previous experience minimum 8 years in IT / Project Management· Minimum 5 years PM and consulting experience across multiple teams of people ideally with cross-divisional skills and across regions· Ideally Certified PM (Prince2/PMBOK) or Agile / DevOps· Knowledge of Agile / DevOps software development· Knowledge of Virtual Assistant technologies (e.g. Google Dialogflow, IBM Watson..)· Experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP or Azure· Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills· Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills· Passion about great customer experience· Excellent written and spoken English; we’re an international teamAn array of benefits for you:
