You will be spearheading the production team, and will be the one responsible for coordinating production and leading projects. You will need to be adept at maintaining project momentum through effective management of every department and resources, ensuring quality and timely deliverables. Drive progress on projects and help teams move their projects towards the finish line.Support teams to organise future and current work processes.Build and manage project management systems for resource tracking from start to finish.Contribute to recruitment and onboarding.Assist and support the Managing Director to promote healthy collaboration in coordinating, delegating, allocating, and tracking tasks.Communicate directly with multi-discipline teams including Art, Design, Engineering, and more, to understand dependencies and realistic delivery schedules.Share project updates with all stakeholders, including raising project risks, presenting solutions, and adapting plans to adjust to new requirements.Lead and support the development of a versatile team to develop and support productionBe accountable for plan, budgets and allocation of our resources to meet project deliverables.Define the work processes to ensure that we create high quality deliveries with as little friction as possible.Who you areWell experienced in coordination or production lead roles, comfortable keeping projects on track by managing people, the right materials, software and support.Prior experience in project managing for video games (PC, Mobile, Console) or the software development sector.Up-to-date understanding of the industry’s consumer behaviour, ideally on Roblox and other metaverse platforms, is a big plus.You thrive being the go-to person for everything involving a project's organisation and timeline.Strong communication skills, good judgement and excellent stakeholder engagement skills is a mustProven track record of leading, inspiring and building highly effective creative TeamsStrategic and pragmatic mindset with the ability to make hard decisions when neededGreat with managing, mentoring, and collaborating with peopleStrong organisational skills and attention to detailMust be proficient in English, both written and spoken.
