Purchaser/Purchasing Executive (MNC/Manufacturing/ Pasir Gudang)

• Industry: Manufacturing/Production (Packaging)
• Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Remuneration Package: Basic salary, allowances, AWS and bonus

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including direct and indirect spends for the local site and support the Singapore site.
• Inventory control, ensuring optimal inventory levels to support smooth supply to operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve material quality or technical issues.
• Manage item code creation and supplier registration within the system.
• Involve and support in cost-down projects.
• Assist in CAPEX projects for the Singapore site.
• Provide administrative support as needed..

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar function, or a relevant field.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any fields.
• Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
• Proficiency in ERP systems is a plus.
