- 1 year working experience in the related field is an advantages.

- Independent, self-motivated, good critical thinking skills, great communication.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or any related with system support.
- Provide accurate product or service information and basic customer support.
- Assist in diagnosing common system problems and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., developers, and IT support).
- Monitor support queues and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with tech and product teams to relay customer feedback and identify common trends.
- Support onboarding processes and provide guidance to new users where needed.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions based on the business goal and direction.
- Such other scope as may be determined by the Employer from time to time.
