- Solutions Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective media strategies to acquire new clients and maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the digital media and advertising landscape.
- Proposal Development: Create compelling and strategic media proposals tailored to client objectives, utilizing CMV's diverse portfolio of media brands and solutions.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring alignment with solutions targets and company goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and media agencies.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and digital media advancements to proactively identify solutions opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Management, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- 5-7 years of experience in media agencies, digital advertising solutions, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the digital media space.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), and content marketing.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a robust solutions pipeline, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Southeast Asian digital media landscape is a plus.
- Language ability mandarin, malay is a plus
