- Client Management: Maintain and grow existing client accounts by fostering trust, providing solutions, and identifying new opportunities across our media properties.
- Campaign Ownership: Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns—from proposal to reporting—ensuring timelines, deliverables, and performance expectations are met.
- Proposal Creation: Develop strategic media and branded content proposals tailored to each client's goals using CMV's full suite of offerings.
- Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics (views, engagement rate, CTR, etc.), and translate insights into actionable recommendations to increase retention and upsell.
- Revenue Growth: Drive renewals and upsell opportunities by showcasing CMV's value, from creator-led storytelling to data-driven eCommerce performance.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with creative producers, content strategists, and media planners to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on media trends, social platform updates, and client category shifts to proactively advise and lead clients.
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or sales in the digital media, advertising, or media agency space.
- Proven track record of managing branded content or digital advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), creator marketing, and digital performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts with competing deadlines.
- Bonus: Familiarity with eCommerce, affiliate marketing, or TikTok Shop ecosystem.
