- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Conducting cold calls to potential clients, introducing our products/services and establishing rapport.
- Executing strategies for business growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Staying updated with industry trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities.
- Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations to key decision makers.
- Communicate with customers and understand their needs and identify sales opportunities / develop potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure amicable and complete resolutions.
- Assist the Revenue Manager to prepare monthly occupancy, forecast and revenue report
