Job Responsibility Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms and job boards. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions. Schedule 3 -5 interviews per week. Assist in drafting job descriptions and maintaining accurate job postings. Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and orientation materials. Maintain Human Resource databases and employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Perform office administration tasks as required. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in Human Resource or administrative roles is a plus. Languages required: Mandarin and English. Fresh graduate are welcome to APPLY. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
