
Key Account Manager

- Manage and grow sales with existing accounts
- Develop and implement account plans and promotional activities to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers to strengthen business partnerships
- Monitor, track, and analyse sales performance, promotion effectiveness, and market trends
- Negotiate trading terms, pricing, and promotional agreements with key accounts
- Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth business operations
- Manage product listings, new product launches, and trade marketing activities within key accounts
- Address and resolve operational issues, including stock-outs, delivery challenges, and in-store execution gaps
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Economics or a related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in On-The-Go channel like Petrol Mart, Convenience Stores and similar Retail Outlets
- Demonstrate strong understanding of FMCG industry/business/products
