About The Role Location: Remote Type: Full-Time Why this role We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Expert to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence. You'll own our entire social presence, build trust with developer/IT audiences, and run a social strategy tied to traffic, MQL, and revenue goals. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning: Define B2B-focused social strategy, channel positioning, quarterly goals, and monthly editorial calendar. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Content Production: LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube Shorts/Reels, IG, Facebook, carousel posts, tech tips, case studies, infographics. Technical Storytelling: Explain VPS/Dedicated/Cloud, DNS/Nameservers, SSL/TLS, CDN, WAF, uptime in accessible language. Community Management: Monitor comments/DMs/mentions, moderate conversations, triage support requests to the right teams; track Reddit/forums ethically and per brand guidelines. Launches & Campaigns: Partner with Product, Growth, and Design for feature/offer/integration campaigns. Paid Social: Build/optimize campaigns across LinkedIn/META/X; run creative A/B tests; set and track UTMs. Reporting & Analytics: Use GA4, platform insights, and UTMs for weekly/monthly reporting (engagement rate, reach, CTR, MQL, revenue contribution). Social Listening & Competitive Intel: Track trends, category insights, competitor moves; surface opportunities. Partnerships: Manage relationships with influencers/KOLs and developer communities. SEO-Aligned Content: Collaborate with content/SEO teams to align social topics with search trends and create social organic traffic synergy. Required Qualifications 3+ years in social media management; B2B Tech/SaaS/Hosting experience strongly preferred. Advanced English (C1+) with clear, concise business/technical communication. Solid understanding of hosting: domains & DNS, SSL/TLS, CDN, uptime/monitoring, shared/VPS/dedicated, cPanel/Plesk, WordPress hosting. Excellent copywriting and storytelling; ability to simplify technical concepts. SEO competency: Keyword research, search intent analysis, on-page basics (titles/meta, H1s, internal linking), content briefs; track performance via GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush. Hands-on with GA4, UTM tracking, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, X Ads. Familiarity with scheduling tools (Hootsuite/Buffer) and basic design/video editing (Canva/Figma). Data-driven mindset with A/B testing, hypothesis building, and clear reporting. Experience with incident/crisis comms and platform policies; awareness of GDPR compliance.
