- Material management including item set up & subscription, forecasting, ordering, expediting, delivery & system receiving of parts for Repair Depot repair & warranty exchange.
- Ensures availability of materials to avoid part shortages and meet On Time Delivery KPI.
- Consignment inventory management including planning, ordering, and delivery to optimize the inventory level.
- Monitors and maintains the integrity of inventory levels. As well as track, record and trace inventory status, part consumption &material expenses against budget.
- Identify and manage potential inventory obsolescence to minimize write-offs or claims.
- Generate Purchase Orders, validating invoices, receipts, and other correspondence as needed.
- Connect with internal and external teams in different countries on operational alignment.
- Additional duties will include leading or participating in weekly meetings with other supply chain functional teams, performing Ad-hoc analysis/ reports as required to support operations needs, and summarizing complex topics into simple and relevant factors for the leadership team.
- Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field
- Candidate must have at least 5 years of working experience in Supply Chain or any related field.
- Understanding of the Supply Chain Operations environment and processes
- Knowing Oracle & Tableau will be an added advantage.
