• Handle phone and email inquiries while ensuring accuracy in customer records
• Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments for the team
• Assist with preparing presentations, conducting research, and compiling sales reports
• Track sales targets, monitor performance, and submit progress updates
• Process expense claims and ensure compliance with company policies
• Maintain effective coordination to support a smooth team workflow
• Keep customer information and communication records up-to-date

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive mindset
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Knowledge of SAP system will be an added advantage
