Key Responsibilities Business Analysis Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges. Requirement Documentation: Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring alignment and clarity. Process Mapping: Analyze and document current business processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements. Solution Design: Work with the technical team to design solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to technical constraints Project Delivery Leadership Agile Scrum Leadership: Serve as the Scrum Master or Agile Lead, facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Project Planning: Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and the technical team. Team Coordination: Lead and motivate the technical team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and deliverables. Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, track key metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts), and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards through rigorous testing and validation. Technical Collaboration Technical Translation: Break down complex business requirements into technical tasks for the development team. Technical Guidance: Provide guidance to the technical team on business priorities and ensure alignment with client expectations. Hands-On Support: Assist the technical team in troubleshooting issues, reviewing code, or testing solutions when necessary. Continuous Improvement Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from stakeholders and the technical team to continuously improve processes and deliverables. Agile Maturity: Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Knowledge Sharing: Share insights and lessons learned with the broader organization to enhance overall project delivery capabilities. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) are highly desirable. Experience 5+ years of experience in a combined role of Business Analyst and Project Delivery Lead, preferably in a technology-driven environment. Proven experience working in Agile Scrum teams, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices. Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications and managing technical teams to deliver solutions. Skills Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development processes, tools, and technologies. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose effective solutions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. Agile Expertise: Deep knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
