Key Responsibilities Business Analysis Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges. Requirement Documentation: Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring alignment and clarity. Process Mapping: Analyze and document current business processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements. Solution Design: Work with the technical team to design solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to technical constraints Project Delivery Leadership Agile Scrum Leadership: Serve as the Scrum Master or Agile Lead, facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Project Planning: Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and the technical team. Team Coordination: Lead and motivate the technical team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and deliverables. Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, track key metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts), and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards through rigorous testing and validation. Technical Collaboration Technical Translation: Break down complex business requirements into technical tasks for the development team. Technical Guidance: Provide guidance to the technical team on business priorities and ensure alignment with client expectations. Hands-On Support: Assist the technical team in troubleshooting issues, reviewing code, or testing solutions when necessary. Continuous Improvement Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from stakeholders and the technical team to continuously improve processes and deliverables. Agile Maturity: Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Knowledge Sharing: Share insights and lessons learned with the broader organization to enhance overall project delivery capabilities. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) are highly desirable. Experience 5+ years of experience in a combined role of Business Analyst and Project Delivery Lead, preferably in a technology-driven environment. Proven experience working in Agile Scrum teams, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices. Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications and managing technical teams to deliver solutions. Skills Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development processes, tools, and technologies. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose effective solutions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. Agile Expertise: Deep knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions. Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely delivery of projects within scope and budget. High stakeholder satisfaction with delivered solutions. Effective translation of business requirements into technical specifications. Continuous improvement in team velocity and Agile maturity.
