  • Possess a Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent product knowledge of motorcycles, particularly superbikes, and related accessories.
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing competitor activities.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work onsite in Petaling Jaya.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging market research and product knowledge to target potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional service and support to foster long-term loyalty.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing insights to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Present and demonstrate superbikes to potential customers, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions to drive sales conversions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, qualifying leads, and closing deals in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient sales processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through continuous learning and development.
  • Submit loan applications to financing or credit companies
