- Possess a Diploma in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent product knowledge of motorcycles, particularly superbikes, and related accessories.
- Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing competitor activities.
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work onsite in Petaling Jaya.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging market research and product knowledge to target potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional service and support to foster long-term loyalty.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing insights to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
- Present and demonstrate superbikes to potential customers, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions to drive sales conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, qualifying leads, and closing deals in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient sales processes.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through continuous learning and development.
