- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in digital marketing will have an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of running ads on Meta, Google, TikTok, or other platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Analytics, or other reporting tools is preferred.
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients is an added advantage.
- Experience in marketing agencies, e-commerce, or partner management is a bonus.
- Planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Support A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve conversion rates.
- Help manage campaign setup, budget allocation, performance monitoring, and reporting.
- Collaborate with sales, creative, and telemarketing teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Assist in optimizing SEO and content strategies for long-term lead generation.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and suggest new tools or channels for better results.
