  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience in community management, with the ability to engage and grow online communities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to align with overall marketing goals and business objectives.
  • Create engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video formats, tailored for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, ensuring brand consistency and a positive brand image.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Engage with online communities and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive customer relationships.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive website traffic.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports on campaign performance and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service) to ensure a cohesive brand message and customer experience across all channels.
