Join us.Job DescriptionProvides people leadership for their department, division, or client engagement.Makes decisions and recommendations that are recognized as authoritative.Initiates and maintains extensive contacts with senior- level engineers within the company and with key engineering officials of other organizations and companies and is skilled in persuasion and negotiation of critical issues.At this level, individuals will have demonstrated creativity, foresight, and mature engineering judgment in anticipating and solving both routine and unusual engineering problems, determining program objectives and requirements, organizing programs and projects, and developing standards and guides for diverse engineering activities.Supervision received is essentially administrative with assignments given in terms of broad general objectives and limits.QualificationsA recognized Master or Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.Registration as a professional engineer, along with a QP (Qualified Person) qualification.A track record of 15-20 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least the most recent 5 years spent in Asia, preferably within Southeast Asia.Proven expertise in design management and the coordination of multidisciplinary teams, particularly in the context of large-scale projects, with a preference for infrastructure and railway-related experience.Practical experience in construction activities, encompassing inspections, testing, commissioning, and achieving practical completion.Profound technical knowledge within the discipline.Familiarity with local design codes and standards.Exceptional leadership abilities, coupled with effective communication and interpersonal skills.Outstanding proficiency in spoken and written English.Additional InformationAbout AECOMAECOM is the world's trusted infrastructure consulting firm, delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle - from advisory, planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
