We seek to extensively engage with clinical communities to communicate product improvements and prioritise environmental, social, and governance considerations across the business and workforce. Pharmanovia's therapeutic areas include Cardiovascular, Oncology, Endocrinology and Neurology. The role: You will be a part of the Product Innovation Team reporting directly to the Associate Vice President. The department has an ethos of continuous drug innovation through identifying, assessing new product prospects to support the development of a profitable and sustainable pipeline that can deliver 3 to 5 new product per therapy area launches per year. Main responsibilities: Endocrinology & Cardiovascular Expertise: Market and Disease Assessment Conducting systematic literature reviews and analyse local databases for assigned disease-specific conditions. Analysing health outcomes & patient pathways through local publicly available sources like disease epidemiology, treatment guidelines, regulatory/clinical trial sites, pricing policies and licensed / off-label /imported medicines and unmet treatment needs. High-level HEOR understanding of cost-effectiveness and pricing and reimbursement strategies Developing epidemiological models with prevalence, incidence, diagnosis and treatment trends to predict opportunity size, forecasts, risk analysis supported by the study of the standard of care and future competitive landscape, including IQVIA data. Compiling bimonthly updates of a specific subset of diseases and/or therapy areas Determining the scientific, medical, regulatory and market feasibility of proposed product enhancements. Developing strategies to extend the life cycle of existing endocrinology products applying the LCM toolkit. APAC Competitive Intelligence across prospects in other therapy areas like neurology and oncology supportive care. Maintaining insights on trends & new developments. Patient pathways, epidemiological stats, treatment algorithms-standard of care, competitive landscape, pricing trends, market dynamics and recommend strategies to maintain or gain a competitive advantage. Scientific, medical, regulatory and market requirements of proposed product enhancements. Compiling bimonthly updates of a specific subset of diseases and/or therapy areas. Producing quality content within timelines. Networking with colleagues within Product Innovation & across functions to support projects. About you - you will need to have: Bachelor's degree in life-sciences epidemiology, biostatistics or pharma industry-related field or Economics, Business Studies etc. Experience in pharmaceutical / biotech industry, academia or consultancy in roles related to epidemiology and business strategy. Proficiency in epidemiological modelling, data interpretation, and financial modelling skills. Knowledge of local (& global) publicly available sources for disease epidemiology, treatment guidelines, regulatory/clinical trial sites, licensed / off-label /imported medicines, HEOR, pricing and reimbursement. Some prior experience / exposure to endocrinology. Excellent written and verbal English.
