Factory Manager

• Plan the daily production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed to meet predicted completion dates.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems that occur during production, including staff shortages, machine malfunctions or inefficient work practices
• Ensure that all SOPs are practiced at the worksite to enforce a safer and more efficient working environment.
• Preparing daily report for AGM / Director review as when required.
• Lead the Production floor to ensure all process is smooth at all times without encountering any errors.
• Monitoring manpower to ensure that there is no shortage that will cause production process from delaying.
• Ensure output is achieved that has been set by the Management without any Quality issues.
• Dealing with QA/ QC teams to ensure quality issues is controlled and minimized.
• Work closely with HR and Management teams on labor cost in terms of output versus manpower to ensure the cost does not exceed required budget.
• Any other adhoc tasks as assigned by the Management team from time to time if required.

• Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Preferably Senior Manager / Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Candidates will take the lead of the entire Factory area.
• Candidates that can converse in Mandarin language would be an added advantages as required to deal with mandarin speaking suppliers or customers.
• Candidates MUST be willing to be based in Bukit Badong Ijok, Selangor.
