Sales Excellence Operations Manager

- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create and implement processes to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of sales initiative.
- Support sales steering with tool-based analysis.
- Work closely with sales management in the region to identify opportunities.
- Works closely with other commercial functions (marketing, product portfolio, etc) to ensure effective and efficient processes in the organization
- Based on data analysis, provide insights to relevant stakeholders in the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Professional communication in English, Chinese language skills is a plus.
- More than 5 years of experience in sales management, sales operations, or sales excellence role, preferably in the power tools industry or similar.
- High analytical skills, able to read and work with data to generate insights and decision making process.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse team and functions.
- Able to work with MS Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI and other related data analytics software.
