JOB DESCRIPTION Kinabalu International School (KIS) is seeking to appoint a proactive, collaborative, experienced and qualified Facilities Manager to oversee the operations of our expanding school campus. This is a key leadership role, responsible for the day-to-day management of campus facilities, including maintenance (preventative and reactive), site improvement projects, groundskeeping, cleaning, security, and key service contracts. As KIS enters an exciting phase of growth-with upcoming projects such as a swimming pool, and other purpose-built facilities-the successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering these upgrades and ensuring the continued development of a s afe, modern, and inspiring learning environment.
